This is a painting of me and my best friend as aliens, which I drew for her 18th birthday. Its filled with all sorts of inside jokes that I can’t explain, but the idea came about from a poster that we made using a kind of game. There were three categories of cards and you would draw one of each category. On each card was a prompt and the full prompt that we got was to make a poster for a school on venus. From that poster I got the idea to make us into the alien ambassadors for the university on Venus. I painted it with acrylic paint on canvas.
