As you can see I have two versions of this piece! It was based on a concept photo of Yeri from the kpop group Red Velvet for their comeback “Psycho”. I loved her pink hair, so I wanted to make a fanart of it. This is actually the only piece that I have ever redrawn or revamped. I didn’t change much, I basically just drew over my original image and added heavier line work, deeper shadows and a few more details. I usually don’t redraw older pieces because it just isn’t very fun in my opinion, as I am someone who is always trying to create something new and interesting. But I ended up revamping this one, because I was making an animation at the time and the background felt kind of empty. So I added a drawing of mine as a painting on the wall and I thought that the orangey-pinks would work very well with the warm tones of the room.
